Boarding Rates

In this web site we have tried to show you what Orchard Boarding Cattery is like. However, it’s not always easy to see what you are getting from just a few words and pictures.

This is why Orchard Boarding Cattery actively encourages all prospective customers to pay us a visit and to have a look around before they confirm their booking.

This gives us an opportunity to meet you and to find out about your cat. You can tell us what your cat is like at home, if they are shy or outgoing, whether your cat has been in a cattery before, their feeding habits, what your cat is like with other people and around other cats, etc.

This will help us to understand the needs of your cat and be able to treat him or her accordingly. Most importantly of all, it will allow you to see if you like us!

The rates charged are per day or part of day and are inclusive of insurance*, food, heating and VAT.

Bookings

If you would like to make a booking please telephone on 01926 614006 during opening hours. We are sorry that the cattery cannot accept email bookings or provisional bookings. Deposits are required for peak periods.

• Please note a deposit per chalet may be required during peak periods

• A full day's board is charged for the day of arrival and departure

• There is a minimum fee, equivalent to five days boarding, at Christmas, New Year, and Easter

• Fees are charged at a daily rate and include the days of arrival and departure

• Where cats are brought in late/collected early, fees will still be charged for a full day

Cancellation

Cancellation within 2 weeks of the start of the booking period will forfeit any deposit paid.

Cancellation within 24 hours of commencement of the booking period will be charged at the full boarding fee rate.
